Do we need to change our tech stack?
No. I work with what you already have: Karbon or TaxDome, QBO, Ignition, and Slack. The automation sits on top of your existing tools and connects them. Nothing gets replaced.
What if our onboarding process is different from other firms?
Week 1 is a full discovery session where we map your specific process. The automation is ~80% templated and ~20% tailored to your firm's exact workflow. You review and approve the design before anything is built.
What happens when our tools update or change?
That's exactly what the monthly retainer covers. When QBO changes an API endpoint, or Karbon adds a new field, or you onboard a new associate, I keep the flows running. You don't have to think about it.
How is this different from just using Zapier ourselves?
Zapier can connect two tools. What I build connects 6 tools with error handling, per-client state tracking, AI document generation, audit logs, and a runbook your team can follow. It's a system, not a zap.
What's the time commitment from our team?
